Re: TN Classification for Mrs. adada
We would like to offer Mrs. adada the position of Senior Accountant in our accounting department on a temporary basis for a period of three full years, and request that you grant her entry in status TN-1 under the terms of NAFTA. We would like her start with us in our XX facility on or before January 21, 2013.
Using her skills as an Accountant, she will perform the following duties: maintain accurate accounting records for cash, accounts receivable and payable, inventory, capital assets, inter-company transactions and other related accruals and receivables; prepare financial reports and ensuring the reports are in compliance with accounting principle, policy and procedures; develop, maintain and analyze weekly, monthly and annual budget and forecast; support the internal auditing and local external auditing.
Mrs. adada will be paid $XX,000 per annum on a bi-weekly basis as a full time employee. Fringe benefits would include the company’s medical coverage and paid vacation and holidays.
Company ABC is headquartered in Ontario, Canada, and is a public company specializing in manufacturing of various XXX products for customers. We have production facilities worldwide with revenues in excess of $X00 million. Mrs. adada understands the company nature of this position and that she must leave the USA when her services are no longer required or her status otherwise expired.
Mrs. adada meets the minimum requirements for this position of a Baccalaureate Degree, C.P. A., C.G.A., or C.M.A. and 5 years’ experience in the Accounting field.
