I applied green cards for my parents last July and they had finger print done in the middle of August.Since then, we have never heard from USCIS any more.The I-130 status always show initial review and I called USCIS 1800 number twice and no use.

My father had eye problem and want to go back to china to have the surgery, but the green card application is still pending.Is there any pay I can do?

-Your father needs to apply for the advance parole (AP) to travel (file I-131 to get the AP). If it is emergency, eh can go to USCIS local office to apply for the emergency AP by providing the eveidecne of emergency.

Does info pass works after 180 days past application?
