回複：急問: I-485 RFE 要 EVL

請問8老師或小白兔, 收到I-485RFE要EVL. 幾個月前換到現在這家新公司,工作Title由Sr Analyst 變成 Manager, 但幹的活變化不大, 工作領域都是 Marketing.

1. 為了想把新工作的DESCRIPTION寫得和PERM盡可能地一致,

-Not need to be 一致, and as long as you still work in the same/simialr field (marketing).

又怕HR不同意. 能不能讓部門經理簽字? （RFE上列明要...executive or officer of the organization...）.

2. Response 寫在打印出來的COMPANY　LETTERHEAD上可以嗎，

-It is OK if printed with color, but had better use 公司印刷的信紙 letterhead.

 

還是一定要用公司印刷的信紙？
