據說新雇主要重新file 140, 但是PR date 還可以用現在的PR date， 是這樣嗎？

我是H1B 第7年，之前不想換工作就是不想再從新排PR的隊，但據說不用從新排隊。

140 以批快三年但2年內不指望能等到名額file 485。 公司情況也不好，想走人。

懇請這裏的人幫我分析一下現在的情況，換工作可行嗎？

 

有什麽風險嗎？

-The problem is that if your I-140 sponsor withdraw the approved I-140, you can not use it to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, so I suggest you to use the premium processing to get the H1 transfer approved for another 3 years, then work for the new employer and ask the new employer to file the new PERM/I-140, thus you can use the new approved I-140 to extend your H1 if your current employer withdraw your current I-140.
