尊敬的各位老師:

本人從加拿大過來，持有TN1簽證。現在公司同意給我辦綠卡。但人事說要先給我申請H1B。請問可不可以用TN1申請綠卡，如果可以用哪個更好？

-Yes and not different no matter you have TN or H1 status.

另外如果拿到了H1B，離開美國再回來需不需要再簽證？

-No visa required for Canadian citizen.

還有從申請EB2開始直到最後拿到綠卡的整個程序如何，都有什麽步驟？

-Your employer file PERM to DOL, after the PERM approval, then I-140 to USCIS; then you file I-485 when the priority is current. Hire a lawyer to help you. It will about 5 years or more for you to get the green card if you were born in Mainland China.
