回複：H1B的問題：報社

有一家中文報社有意雇傭我。但牽涉到H1B的問題，我現在是F1。因為12年的額度早已用完，我隻能通過被非營利性組織雇傭，才能獲得H1B。可是報社可以算作非營利性組織嗎？

我聽說，即使不是非營利性組織，隻要公司（報社）出麵說明我的職位屬於非營利性的，也可以申請到H1B。請問是有這樣的政策嗎？
