請各位老師評測；最新進展---奇怪的事情，申請H1B，CASE REOPENED；沒有H1B trasfer

感謝老師的回答，簡單說下，我的H1B今年第一次申請，沒有transfer，之前沒有approve或者是denial；也就是說沒有任何決定。在12.22說我的case reopened；非常奇怪。

但是今天律師終於放假歸來，然後把那個notice給我發了過來；

H1B case reopen的信；但是它的內容非常簡短；上麵除了姓名，case編號以外，隻有如下語句；

After review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued. You will receive a notice under separate cover once all action has been completed.

律師給我回信說，他的猜測是

The notice that their website references came in the mail and has no helpful information on it.  What I suspect happened - which is why the case is still pending at the USCIS-  is that in their system they accidentally closed the file - which is why they have published a notice saying they have 'reopened' the case.

現在心力交瘁，為什麽遇到這樣的事情；我真的是百感交集啊；請各位老師，給點建議或者意見；猜測也可以；非常感謝。

元旦根本就沒有過，天天想這個事情，在美國混真不容易。
