本來是H1B，如果被LAYOFF, 我的身份就隻能是跟我愛人（他也是H1B）而變成H4．我現在急於想知道的是H4將來如何能轉回成H1B？

-Ask your bew employer to file I-129 H-1B petition as you got your first-time H1. Not need to get the new H-1 quote if you have worked for a company before (e.g. you work for  a company curretly).
