我朋友的H1B， 在不知道情況的時候不小心幫別的公司做了點小項目，然後算是violation了。打算在485之前回國一趟。

可是現在可能要換公司工作，做H1B transfer，能否transfer成功？

-Yes. USCIS does not realize the violation of status at this point and they will check it with IRS when they process the I-485.

這樣會有什麽風險嗎？

-No.
