請問各位老師，父母逾期居留怎麽辦綠卡？母親在美國，父親回中國了，需要什麽材料呢？我是公民.

-File I-130 and I-485 for your mother following the I-130 and I-485 instructions and her overstay does not affect her green card applicaiton. Because your father is in China, he cn not file I-485 and you may file I-130 for him to apply for the immigration visa in China, but if his overstay in US for < 180 days or more, he will be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar and that means he can not get any visa to enter US during the bar period.
