citizenship interview questions

收到公民麵試通知，其中一項要求帶 an original IRS 1722 letter, lising tax information for the past five years.請問必須拿到1722 信嗎， 還是稅表就可以了。 再有， 稅表平常交稅前自己的備份就可以呢還是必須從IRS 拿原件。 多謝了！
