I heard that once you filed I140 and/or I485, you can't change to any non-immigration status, expect H, L.
As stupid8888 said, since your I485 filed, you don't need to care your status. Wait for several month more, you should be able to get your GC. I heard it's fast now. My case is totally different than yours. I have no other choice.
