Both are considered international students.
However, someone told me that F1 students can seek on-campus employment and internship while students with H4 visa cannot.
We know that students with H4 visa can enjoy in-state tuition benefit if they choose to study in the states where their parents work. We all know that if I-140 is approved, the student can enjoy the same benefits with EAD card as F1 students.
What are other pros and cons of having F1 versus H4 visa?
