回複：I485遞交180天被解雇

老師們好，我的485已經遞交快一年（EB2）。如果這時候我離職或者被公司解雇，雇主向移民局要求撤銷我的綠卡申請，我會麵臨什麽樣的情況？

-The withdrawal of the I-140 by the employer does not affect your I-485, but you had better find a new job as soon as possible in the same/similar ares in case USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. If USCIS does not send you RFE, your I-485 is safe even if you do not have a job yet.

移民局會不會終止我的485申請？有什麽對策？

如果沒有影響，我可不可以自己開公司繼續等我的排期。

-Yes, but you need to use EAD to work and your job in your company has to be in the same/similar area as the old job for the I-140.
