代朋友問。他們最近剛在國內領養了一個中國孩子，兩人的身份分別是AP等綠卡和H1（已婚多年），現在準備回美國。請問這個領養的孩子如果要跟他們出來，應該辦哪種簽證，需要準備什麽材料？多謝！

-As far as I know, some child with similar case got the H4 visa, but some did not get the H4 visa and some got B2 visa, some did not. So, H4 or B2 is possible, depends on how lucky you are. But techincally, the adopted child needs to live with the adopting parents for two years to meet the H4 visa requirement.
