HOWEVER, I understand that the process of applying for a new visa in China can be stressful and time consuming. So it is perfectly fine for you to use your advance parole to enter the US and thus avoid the need for additional visa processing. In early January, you may want to consider applying for an extension of your advance parole document.
前半段的意思是不是如果用過AP的話，H-1B就沒意義了，如果綠卡申請失敗就意味直接就要出境了？
我的AP明年4月到期，我是想2月份回國過年，可以等到2月底回來後再續期嗎？為什麽律師要我1月初去續？而且似乎是要我自己去續期。也不告訴個程序啥的。
