-You need to provide the 公司解釋的信 and the copy of the approval of your LTD for the H-1 RFE. So, talk to your HR as soon as possible.
如果公司HR respond to USCIS 晚於我的H４申請，會影響我的H４嗎？
-The H4 need more time to process, so it is fine.
如果我的H４批下來在前，我H１的延期還會批下來嗎？
我轉H４沒有公司的PAYSTUB行嗎？
