請問8老師, 485 Approval notice error

8老師， 485 approval nitice has some error: the "485 receipt date" is wrong on the approval notice, does this matter? Or should I ask USCIS to correct and send me a new one? thanks!

Also, I received the approval notice on Nov,17, 2012, but havev't receive the GC card until today(I am the primary applicant, my hu*****and and duaghter already received the approval notice and GC card on Nov, 17), is this normall?
