回複：請問皮老師，8老師， 小公司辦綠卡可行嗎？

我現在想要去一個小公司工作，這個公司是做Design Service的，隻有三個人：一個Owner，兩個Employee。

我目前拿TN Visa, 但準備到這個公司後就轉成H1B，然後申請綠卡。這個公司的老板承諾幫忙辦綠卡，但是我估計他也不是很清楚究竟需要做些什麽。

請問兩位老師，這種小公司有沒有可能幫我申請到綠卡？
