I and my daughter just got green card based on the marriage. It is conditional. I already had social security card. Can I apply for social security card for my daughter now?

She is 14 years old. She has tax ID number.
-After she gets the SSN, she needs to ask IRS to cancel her tax ID number (read note on the tax ID number card to find the instruction for tax ID cancellation).
Can I apply on any local social security office or has to be social security card center?
