H1B申請主體是公司、機構等，個人不能作為單獨申請主體，

H1B申請主體是公司、企業、政府行政機關等，個人不能作為申請主體，個人隻能是H1B申請受益人。沒有一個正規的公司、機構等隨便將本公司或機構的重要資訊如營業收入、利潤、稅收等會交給一個剛進門的員工的，大都會通過公司的法務部門、或公司聘請的律師辦理。上述簡單操作法的說法是很不負責任的，也是一種誤導。申請H1B是相關個人身分的重要文件，必要時一定要請專業的移民律師把握，不要輕信一些不負責任的誤導。
