我回美證國期過期日子是明年4月6號。我明年上半年想回過一次，要回中國
去簽H1,那麽我是先續工卡，和回美證呢，還是回來後遞交續的手續？
-You can renew the AP and it will not affect your H1/H4 as long as you do not use it to enter US. You can use it in the futrue after your spouse enter US using the H4 visa.
