我現在有H1 797(valid to 10/2014), EAD, AP(04/2013).我老公 H4,在中國工作。他的H4 簽證有效期是2013年3月。老公在今年申請 EAD, AP時候，遞交以後確認移民局受到離開美國，然後才收到EAD, AP。 我聽說如果這樣，EAD, AP 視為自動放棄，是這樣麽？

我有下列問題，

1。 如果勞工在明年3月後來美國， 可用AP？還是繼續簽H4？

-Need to get the H4 visa.

2。 我2011年曾 回國，H1 簽證已經過期，我如果用AP 回美國，應該沒問題吧？

-Fine. But it will affect your spouse H4 visa application.

如果我明年2月用了AP， 老公還能簽H4嗎？

-No. So, you have to get the H1 visa so that your spouse can apply for the H4 visa to come back.

3。 老公的EAD, AP 如果明年不續，以後能續嗎？-Yes.

也就說中斷會 影響嗎？
