請問pijing和8老師，提交485的時候，出生公證能在國內辦中文的，然後拿到美國來翻譯並公證嗎？移民局會接受嗎？

-Normally 在國內辦的出生公證 include both Chinese verson and English verson at the same time for one fee. So, you do not need to translate it again.
