手頭上有幾年前，在中國公證處發的出生證明（公證）,中英文,-Fine.

 

2. 中國的出生公證上有父母，出生地點，年月日，和兄弟姐妹。

-This is not "出生公證". 出生公證 only include your name, your parents' names and when you were born (birhtdate) and where you were born (place of birth). So, you need to re-do "出生公證" in China.

沒有關於個人婚姻一項。是否需要？
