We are filling the EAD Renewal Application have some issue for Q#14 and 15
14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student etc.)
15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student etc.)
*My daughter entreed USA last time with H4. Then she has been working using EAD and has not left USA. Her AP is not used.
For her:
14. Manner of Last Entry: H4 is right?-Correct.
15. Current Immigration Status: AOS is right or EAD right?-AOS.
** I am having valid H1-B work permit valid till 2014 and have EAD. I have not left USA and have not used AP and EAD.
For me:
14. Manner of Last Entry: H1-B -Correct.
15. Current Immigration Status: AOS, EAD or H1-B, which one should I chose.-H-1B
