Thank you for answering my AP question a couple weeks ago.

I am EB-2 485 pending. And I applied my EAD/AP combo card last year and used it in last summer to come back to usa from China.

After I came back, I recevied a letter from USCIS to indicate my AP case has been denied since my photos are not qualified.

AFter I received suggestion from 8 laoshi, I submit an application to USCIS to renew my AP. Yesterday I received approval notice for my AP renewal. But I found a problem, the issued date on the notice is 03/14/2013 which is the continuous date of my last AP case.

I have question here:

1. Can I use the renewed AP approval notice to reenter to USA if I visit Canada in December 2012.

-No.

I have paroled stamp in my passport, of course it is from my last entry to USA using the last AP.

2. If I can't, does it mean I am stucked in USA until 03/14/2013.

-You may go to the USCIS local office to see whether they can fix it to you. Explain all the situation to them (e.g. old AP revocation due to photo quality and new AP effective date is in the future).
