NEW QUESTION: In the EB3 I-140 485 filing which USCIS approved for me and my wife, we did not include my daughter as a derivative. My daugher was a derivative in my EB2 I-140 485 filing. IS this a problem?

-As long as she had a pending I-485, USCIS  automatically relink ed her I-485 to your I-140 or your spouse I-140 to approve it and that is why I said each person only needs one I-485 even if you have several I-140s.
