三年前A大學碩士畢業，沒有辦OPT。 直接去B大學讀博士。

現在不想讀了，想出來找工作。那麽現在還能再辦OPT嗎？如果可以，那如何辦？通過A大學， 還是B大學？

-You can not apply for the OPT if you quit your Dr.degree study. You only can submit your OPT application to USCIS as early as 90 days before your program end date and up to 60 days after your program end date. So, you can not apply for the OPT using Master's degree (too late) and also can not apply for the OPT using your Dr. degree (not finish your program yet).
