我現在已歸化成公民，正準備給妹妹交i130表。有兩個問題想請教：
1 我可以同時交130，485和765以便給妹妹申請EAD嗎（妹妹當前是F1，妹夫是H1)？
-No. Your sister only can file her I-485 when the priority date is current about ten years later and your sister has to maintain her lagal status until she files I-485. Also she can not leave US until she gets the H1 or H4 status (she can not get the F-1 visa outside US due to immigration intent).
2 需要什麽文件證明我們的姐妹關係？
-Both of your and your sister's birth certificates.
另外，我們倆的出身公證上母親姓名因有一個多音字娩（發音為mian和wan)而不同（我的是mian我姐姐的是wan）。請問我們該如何處理？（父親名字一致）
-Your sister had better re-do the 出身公證 to make your mother's name consistent in both of the birth certificates.
