老公是美國公民，我們8年前在中國注冊結婚，現在我人在美國要申請綠卡，我們的結婚證需要翻譯成中文並做公證嗎？

-Have your marriage certificate is in English? If so, not need to translate into Chinese and not need to do the 公證.

可以自己翻譯嗎？
