1。這種情況如果沒有使用過AP，是否Class of Admission仍然應該填“Parolee”?

-No. It will be the I-94/visa type you entered US at your last entry. For example, if you entered US with H-1B visa for your last entry, then, Class of Admission will be H-1B.

2.同時renew EAD卡時，是否Current Immigrant Status應該填“AOS”？

-Yes, if you don't have a non-immigration status.

3。有說排期沒有當前的，可以申請renew EAD卡有效期兩年，這個I-765表上好像沒有，在哪填寫？

-Whether it is two years or one year is up to USCIS when they approve your EAD based on whether your priority date is current or not at that time.
