謝謝。學生自己不太清楚，因為要轉學換成M簽證，以為不要上課了，結果學生是因為缺課太多被學校在6月20日開除的。他的M簽證申請是6月25日遞交到移民局的，10月15日被拒並要求12月20日前離境。和律師一起找過學校了，學校拒絕提供幫助。現在想知道是否可以換一家大學在美國重新申請F1？

-Find a new school as soon as possible and then, ask the new sachool for help to reinstate his F-1 status. If his F-1 status can not be reinstated, he has to go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back.

Another choice is that he may go to China to apply for the M-1 visa to come back (depends on why his M-1 application is denied).

Anyway, he needs to talk to his lawyer for help because his lawyer knows his situation more details.
