我的H１B到02Nov2012就到期了，I-140已經批下來３年了。公司2012年６月給我延的H１B，因沒有辦加快，到現在都沒有批下來。今天律師要我最近３個PAY＇S TUB。說USCIS要。下麵是部分內容：
USCIS has asked for copies of Ms. LI’s three most recent pay statements to establish that she has been maintaining valid H-1B status.
我剛用完１個月的假期，現在在休Long Term Disability。這個實在嚇壞我了，我的最近２個的PAY＇S TUB上有＂Vacation Pay while inactive＂ ,我該怎麽辦呢？

-Just provide what you have and hope it will be fine because the company pay you the salary which means you are still employed by the H1 sponsor (under employment status). If the H-1 is denied, you still can file Motion to reopen with expalantion of the long term disability.
