今年7月用AP入境 （485 DEPENDENT）；10月底提交了H1B RENEWAL，有RECEIPT，但未批複。同時打算RENEW EAD/AP combo card (expires 3/2013). (1)在填表時，我目前的身份是H1B 還是PAROLEE？

-You only provide your current status when you file I-131/I-765, and your future status is irrelevant to the current AP/EAD application.
（3） 能在網上RENEW EAD/AP COMBO CARD嗎？多謝！
-Yes, but you have to pay the filing fee for both I-131 and I-765 if you use e-filing. So, if you are not rich, may just use paper-filing (no fee).
