我準備給我父母遞交綠卡申請，我不工作填864，先生經濟擔保填864A. 我先生在2年前已經擔保了他的父母。我的問題是現在我們該怎麽填support人口。

我是sponsor,沒擔保過任何人，form 864-You mean I-864A, right?，page 3, part 2 sponser's promise,我隻填2;

-You need to file two I-864 for your parents, respectively and your spouse also file two I-864A with your I-864s. So, in Part 2 of I-864A, you only need to put your father's or mother's name there,respectively, in two I-864A. Your spouse does the same in Part 3. This Form is irrelevant to his parents, so his parenst is not counted in I-864A.
