140 填表和投遞幾個問題

雖然遞交了基於eb2的485，但是不知道排期還要等到猴年馬月，決定試一下eb1a.

 

I-140填表四個問題:

1）第一頁下麵: Check below if the petition is being filed to amend a previous filed petition.
要不要打勾？影響以前eb2申請中被批準的140嗎？

 

2) 第二頁下麵: Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on hegalf of this person?

我需要把已經批準的eb2-140和已經投遞的485都列在這兒嗎？

2）第2頁下麵兩個問題？
7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support of another Form I-140?

Yes or No?

 

8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification, are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from the Department of Labor?
Yes or No?

 

遞交的問題:

如果 e-filing 的話, 遞交140的 support 材料和907表的時候, 需要等待郵遞過來的 797表嗎, 還是隻要 e-file receipt 就可以了. (看到 instruction 裏麵說需要797表, 但是有人說隻要 receipt 就可以了). 還有 support 材料和 PP-907 表是要郵寄到 e-file receipt 上的地址還是 pp-instruction 的地址
