有問題麻煩8 老師, 485 RFE for J-waiver

8老師, 多謝你以前的幫助, 還有問題請教: USCIS的RFE 要求J waiwer for Pending 485.

現在的情況是DOS已經批準waiwer並且Recommendation 是 Sent, 但USCIS的最後批準書還沒有收到. 我可不可以用DOS 的批準信 (因為RFE 要求的期限快到了)作為回複485RFE 的證據(加上一些說明,就說時間關係, 還沒有收到沒有收到USCIS的最後批準書).
