回複：apply Visa abroad after using AP

 

Wondering if it is pos*****ile to apply Visa abroad ( H1B, etc. at china, canada, etc. ), after using AP first (maybe half year ago), assuming everything is still in valid status ?

〉〉Why not, as long as you are qulified to specific visa requirement?  But remember, if you want to keep your immigration application, then do NOT apply any visas with non-immigration intent, otherwise you will be considered abandoning it, i.e. your I-485.
