我們夫婦兩人四十多歲，持中國護照，美國綠卡，無子女，想收養一個中國孩子。美國這邊的收養機構要求夫婦必須有一方是美國公民才能收養，還要等五年以上。我們是中國公民，不知能否自己回國收養，然後再幫孩子辦簽證來美，以後再慢慢辦身份。
請問這裏的兄弟姊妹們有沒有知道這方麵信息的？在中國怎麽找孩子，怎麽辦收養手續，然後怎麽把孩子帶到美國？謝謝！
-Because you are a Chinese citizen, you can go to China to adopt the child based on the related Chinese policy/law. The only problem is that it is difficult for you to bring the child to US. Based on the immigration law, you need to live together with the child for at least 2 years and then, you can sponsor him/her green card. If the child can apply for the B2 visa to enter US to live with you for two years and then, you can sponsor him/her the immigration visa, then the child can go to China to get the immigration visa to come back. The child (< 18 years) is not subjected to 3 or 10 year bar even if he/she overstays in US for > one year. But it may be somewhat difficult for the child to get the B2 visa (depends on how lucky he.she is).
