I have citizenship interview in middle of 11/2012 and I guess may become citizen in 12/2012 . I plan to apply parents green card right after.
Should I have parents do physical exam now or wait till 12/2012?

I called an office, they said something is only valid within three months
-Not true. It is valid for one year if your parents will use it to file I-485.
Should the physical exam result be included with their I130 applications or after they have interview?
-The physical exam report is for I-485 filing, not I-130. Without it, USCIS will not futher process the I-485.
