我收到的信件是從UNITED STATES DEPARTMETN OF STATES, NATIONAL VISA CENTER(有CASE NUMBER),我填好N－600後寄到NVC 還是表上說的USCIS P.O.BOX 20100, PHOENIX, AZ 85036?

-Because your child is in China and she will apply for the immigration visa in Cina, you had better contact NVC to see where the N-600 should be mailed to.

 寫支票給哪裏？

-Payable to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
