請教I-539填表之是否交了I-140

剛剛交掉了NIW的I-140，收據已收到。現在家屬要填H4跟H1B的I129一起續合同延期(H1B第二年)。在Part 4 Additional Information 的 3 b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? 是回答yes 還是 回答 no？

另：提交NIW的I140時，沒通知學校，I129裏是否會要求填提交了I140？我是否需要通知學校關於我已經提交了140？我是擔心如果1539填了提交了I140而I129裏沒填，會出現問題。\

我是打算填NO，但是又擔心移民局那邊會不會有問題？
