-If she files I-485 in US, it normally takes about 6 months to one year; if apply for the immigration visa in China, it normally take one to two years or more.

老母已經80，身體還可以。但也有一些常見老年病。有可能不批嗎？

-Fine.

移民對年齡和健康狀況有要求嗎？

-As long as she has no infectious diseases (傳染病), it will be fine. No age limitation.
