我已經有EAD，PD是08年12月，正在等綠卡。但我用H1B進入美國，移民官在I-94上寫成了L-1。因為L-1簽證是非移民簽證，這會影響我的綠卡嗎？另外，我的H1B將於明年一月到期，是否還可以延期H1B？多謝在先！
