父母探親機票

請問有誰有過這方麵經驗的，

父母來美簽證停留半年，到時候再申請延期的話，那麽機票怎麽定，是先定半年往返的，到時候再改成一年往返的，有效期定半年還是1年有效，看有效期不同，價格差好多啊，如果定單程的會有問題嗎（打電話給上海東航的，說是探親要定來回票）？
