I am I-485 pending, my PD is 2009/11. I already have my EAD card.
I am working for an university on H-1B now.
1. If I won't get my GC before next September, can I start to work for anohter university using EAD in Fall semester 2013.
-Yes, but your new job has to be in the same/similar area as your old job.
2. If I get my GC earlier next year, do I need to wait 6 month to change job.
-No.
