請教各位：孩子是加拿大公民，在美時是h 4身份。現在孩子在加拿大上大學， 我們還在美國，請問會影響他h 4身份嗎？如何能保持？非常感謝！

- He only can have a non-immmigration status when he is physically present in US. He has no US status when he is in Canada. He can enter US with H4 status or just use his Canadian passport (B2 status).
