am I qualify for NIW?-help ple

What is my chance of success for NIW application?
How could I get the citation information of the papers published in China
Where to get helpful information, such as cover letters if I want do by my self?

I have PhD in American H-B, research associate in a University, working on National Program.
7 papers in American, 5 fist author, about 8 citations
13 papers in China, do not know how many citations
17 conference presentations, 8 first author
8 recommendations letters, 3 from government employee include my boss, a national research program leader.
2 memberships of honour society
