回複：8老師，p老師，緊急的H1B生效問題

我的H1B四月三十號由律師遞交到移民局， status一直是pending，

8月底的時候問律師，狀態還是pending，說是辦到了4月15號，

結果今天10月1號狀態還是pending，公司說paycheck隻能停了，

請問怎麽辦？？謝謝老師們回答，非常感謝！

-Ask the employer to file I-907 premium processing to get it approved in a few days to 15 days. I heard some people said that USCIS want to get more money, so they delay to process the H1 cases so that the people can use premium processing (pay extra $1225)
